When will Chpt. 13 "fall off" credit report?

I'm looking at my Experian credit report right now and it shows under "Public Records" U.S. BKPT CT TX DALLAS, and under status is says, "Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition." Under Date filed it says, "6/4/2003". Under Status Details, it says, "This item is scheduled to continue on record until Jun 2010."

Since I am still making payments (60 months) there is nothing under "Date Resolved."

    My question is:
Once "Date Resolved" gets filled in, what date is used to officially knock my Chapter 13 off of my credit report? Is it June 2010? Or will it use either the "Date Filed" or the "Date Resolved" date?

    Thanks.
    Chapter 13 Filed "Old Law"
    Filed: 6/2003 Confirmed: 3/2004
Early pay off sent: 10/05/2007 - 9 months early
    11/16/2007 - Discharged!

Jal is right - Ch 13 must come off your credit report 7 years after your filing date.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

      06/01/06 - Filed Ch 13
      06/28/06 - 341 Meeting
      07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
      09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
      08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !

      10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

Since the filing date was 6/4/2003, that means that it will fall off my report on June 2010 as stated under "Status Details?"

Yes---as long as you don't convert to a ch 7 which would cause it to be reported for 10 yrs. instead of 7.
