    WIC (Food Stamps)

    Good evening,

    I need to ask you experts a question.

    If a spouse of someone who is filing for Bankruptcy receives WIC (Food Stamps), does this need to be claimed on any of the BK forms?

    After a quick net search, it does look like WIC should be included when calculating your wife's income. Be sure to run this by an experienced bk lawyer in your area to confirm this is the case in your district.

      BK Lawyer did ask me this.....

      My daughter receives WIC and food stamps. It was a total of 155.00. They did include it in my paperwork as part of my income.
