Meeting with Lawyer on Thurs

Hello All,

Thursday is the day i am bringing all my paperwork into my attorney-ALL OF IT, so i am getting the ball rolling.

My question is the expenses are hard to figure out-it looks like I have extra money than I seem to have? How does the attorney deal with this? I live in MA.

Have you included ALL of your expenses, including 401k deductions, insurance, taxes, medical, cleaning supplies, health & beauty, gifts to family and friends, mag subscriptions, utilities, internet, etc.?

Include IT ALL, and then talk to your attorney.

I have and I might not be able to move forward with the bk because i have used one of my cc's during the past 90 days-so I am not sure what is going to happen.

And try not to worry too much. The lawyers you meet with will be the most knowledgeable persons to help you sort out what's going to fly in your district with the trustees. Hoping that everything works out in your favor!
