Anyone here use 13datacenter.com? I need some help, please, if you understand it.
When I look at the listing of claims, I was wondering if you could tell me what the columns mean. Some I know are obvious. I am looking at the "Claim Summary" of my case tab.
Here is the list:
Here are a couple of examples:
As in this next one, there are several creditors listed with all $0 dollar amounts:
For this Chase card, does that mean they aren't getting any of that money listed here? There are other creditors that have a claim amount but $0 dollar amounts in the other columns.
Then there are others like this hospital that have a dollar value in "Scheduled Amount" but $0 in all the others. What does that mean?
Could anyone please shed light on what some of these mean? How do I know which creditors will not get paid and which will? (I know my car is for sure.) And why are some listed as "notice only?" I need help in understanding what each of those items mean, please. Thank you!
When I look at the listing of claims, I was wondering if you could tell me what the columns mean. Some I know are obvious. I am looking at the "Claim Summary" of my case tab.
Here is the list:
- Claim Number
- Creditor Name - This one is obvious. this is the name of the creditor who I assume has submitted a claim.
- Claim Description - Easy, this says secured or unsecured. But there are some that say "Notice Only." What does that mean?
- % of Claim Paid - Not sure. Some my creditors have 100%. Does that mean they are getting 100% back through the plan?
- Claim Amount - I assume that this is the amount they are claiming I owed them. Do I assume correctly?
- Principal Paid - Does this mean that this is how much money they have already been paid? Or how much they are going to get?
- Interest Paid- Does this mean that this is how much interest has already been paid?
- Scheduled Amount - Some of these are higher than what is in the Claim amount. What does that mean?
- Principal Owed - I'm not sure about this one. Does this mean this is how much is now owed? Or was owed at the time of filing?
- Monthly Payment - I assume this is how much the creditor is getting per month from disbursement by the trustee. Only my car creditor has an amount, the others don't. But the others are getting payments as denoted in the "Account Ledger" tab.
- Interest Rate
Here are a couple of examples:
- Claim Number - 002
- Creditor Name - Mazda American Credit

- Scheduled Amount - $20, 991.33 (I believe that was the amount I owed at the time of filing, I did a cram down.)
- Principal Owed - $422.19
- Monthly Payment $356.07
- Interest Rate - 8%
