glad but unsure

good morning everyone.....well it's here.....I've read the 341 notice and deadlines to make sure and in fact today, september 25, 2007 is the last day for creditors I listed to object....I am happy about this and know there is little chance any will object...
Here is where I am puzzled.....as you know, I wished to file an ammendment to schedule F listing a secondary HSBC account
along with the collection agency that bought it and another one where the original creditor was listed but LVNV as the collection agency was not and need to list sears as the original creditor even though the law firm that bought the sears account was listed.....4 Items in all.....
confused ? hope not............anyway, I tried to contact lawyer...
sent him another page for schedule F with these additions and check for 220.00 to file this.........now this is it.....I know these
creditors listed on the original can't come after me after today......the
additional ones to be listed are not owed large sums of money and are unsecured debt........I do
believe they would have been discharged anyway.......there are no assets and no abuse concerning these additions...........
how will this affect my discharge? will I still get it in a couple days? can my atty file the ammendment to F after the discharge
but before closing????? If he does, can they overturn the discharge for the time being ? I think my judgement avoidance hearing will not affect discharge but may delay closing the case......I am not worried just puzzled about why atty is waiting until after last day for objections to file this ammendment.....would the filed ammendment show up on pacer? sorry for the long post......

From my understanding, in a No Asset Ch.7, all debts are discharged, even though the debt or creditor may not be listed. You may not need to amend your petition at all. You should have had to simply send a copy of your discharge or have your attorney contact the creditor stating so and that should be the end of this.

you had to pay 220 to ammend? it only cost 26 for me or is that with the lawyer fee

I had 2 collections on mine that I had forgotten to include, but they WERE covered!

which is why I'm not concerned and in 5 and 1/2 hours I will still consider myself debt free
and I don't know what I would have done without this forum !!!!!! what a blessing.....
