    what happens next

My bankruptcy was supposed to last 36 months or until I met a base payment amount to the trustee, whichever was longer. I have now passed 36 months and this week I have passed the base amount due to the trustee.

Anyone have any ideas what happens next. They are still taking payments from my check, I gathered from other threads that I will get this money back at some point. Is it just a waiting game now? Im ssssooooo ready for this to be over.

Call your lawyer and ask him to contact your trustee asap to see what's going on. You'll get the overpayments back from the trustee when he/she completes your end-of-Ch-13 audit, although it's going to take a few months. Hang in there - you are almost DONE!! Congrats!!
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
