    using personal cc for business expenses???

    you i used some of my business purchases with my personal cc because I was max out on my business cards due to very slow biz sales for 2 months. now can the cc company object those charges????

    Yes. Not that they will, but they could if they think they can prove you used your personal cards knowing you were going to file bankruptcy and didn't intend to pay the charges.

        Seafresh, the longer time you can put between any cc purchases and filing, the better.

        If you can wait out 6 months, as well as make at least 3 minimum payments on these last purchases or cash advances, you should not have any objections. Not to say that there is no way, but it is doubtful if you do these things.

          well i had no choice to file 7 bz of my biz situation.
          i only charge on one of my cc. and my amex was close was doing payment plan...
          but thx for respond.. wish i knew about this site. I was running out of time....
