My case was filed on Oct. 1...the same day that my raise went into effect...7%. Do I need to let my attorney know?

That really depends. Is your trustee requiring you to notify him of any pay increases? My trustee didn't require that of me so I never did.Chapter 13 Filed "Old Law"

I got a pay increase also when I filed. I told my attorney and he said it wouldn't matter. I have heard that some trustees want to know, but not mine.Comment
