Remember when I told you guys we went to the Atty and we filed? Well, he told us that it would be done the next day. Now, 2 weeks later, I get a letter in the mail from the Trustee saying it was just filed on Oct 1st!!
I emailed the attorney and he said he was very sorry but thought he had done it but had 15 bk 13's on his desk and obviously didn't get to ours. In the letter from the trustee, it said our court date isn't until December 10th and confirmation is also on December 10th. Wow, over 2 months for the 341...!
Anyway, I'm just glad it's getting confirmed on the same day and it's before Christmas!!!
