I'm wondering if PACER would be usefull in looking at prior cases filed. Could someone with a PACER account look at other peoples filings and see what they had for balances, transfers, cash advances, etc. Or, to see how many objections were filed. If this is possible it may be a good guage in determining the trends in a certain geographical area or court.

that I "looked up" a few people that I thought might have filed in the past. Curiosity, nothing more. But I never used Pacer to actually "research."
