Spouse not filing is receiving mail from the bankruptcy courts?

Hello folks, thanks for all of your help.
My husband is not filing for bankruptcy, only I am.
I see in one of the BNC orders that he is also going to receive info in the mail via first class mail. Do spouses who are not filing always still receive info from the bankruptcy courts?
    Thanks for your help.

Yes. Although a non-filing spouse's debts are not included in your bankruptcy, the spouse's income is involved in the filing via calculations on the Means Test so the spouse is notified as an "interested party".
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
