    Only a few more days to go

    I have been gone a while taking care of family stuff. LOL.

    I only have a few more days to go before last day of objections and I wanted to thank you guys for being there for me through the tears, fear, venting, anger, happiness, and finally recovery. This has been a very long and interesting 4 months but I am finally at the end of the road.

    I pretty much know I am in the clear, I spoke to the clerk and she told me if the US trustee was going to object they would have done it within 30 days of the 341 meeting but my file looks good.

    For you guys over the median and have to file pro se, don't be afraid, we did it and had no problems this entire time.

    Again, everyone thanks for all your help and understanding.

      Oh I am so happy for you to be so close to the end. Long time no talk. Well you are a very sweet person and I wish you the best. I actually missed talking with you.
      Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

        FO7, thanks, I missed talking to you guys. I just been focusing on things I have needed to take care of for a long time. I had to keep my mine off this BK stuff until the end. my pacer bill was like $109. I am just happy this is almost over, my prayers are answered and I can start over fresh, it is funny because I have a few old collectors call and ask if my BK is over, I meant not to answer the phone LOL.

        Still have a little budgeting issues and some extra medical expenses but at least now we can pay. It is hard to see some of the people that I was watching on pacer that filed the same time I did, did not quite make it without the US trustee stepping in, they are still going through the process of fighting a dimissal. My heart really goes out to them, even though I don't know them I can feel their pain because we all started at the same time.

        Sometime in a week or so I will be doing my "I AM CLOSED" happy dance. It looks like it only takes 7 or so days for AZ to close a case.

          What day is you last day for objections?

            Last day was the 19th. Just waiting for discharge... my birthday is next week, hopefully, I will get it on my birthday.

                AWWW!!! Thanks so much, we just have to be here for eachother, this is a very trying time before, during and after BK. I can tell you that "scary" feeling just does not completely go away after the 60 days but boy do you feel much more relief LOL.
