    Converted!

    We got our order today, converted from 13 to 7, thank goodness!

    We filed old law, two years ago, ended up converting to save a vehicle, hang on as long as possible, but had a big income loss and surrendered the car we tried to save. So, we were ableto convert back to a 7, with our 341 meeting on December 4. Hopefully, if all goes well, we can begin 2008 debt free

    I've followed your story and the struggles you've had. Being reassigned. Having to move your BK and look for a new attny. All the trouble you've been thru.

    Here's hoping for smooth sailing thru Ch 7 to your much deserved relief!!

    And THANKS MUCH for your sacrifice as your Hubby serves our Country and protects the Freedoms we all enjoy!!

      Oh, Coma, you actually got my pulse rate up when I saw your headline. I am so happy for you. Hope all goes well at your meeting. Congratulations for hanging in there.

        Coma, this is wonderful news!! I am so happy for you! Finally, some closure to all your troubles and a fresh start in a few months as well....you've earned that 10 times over. Congrats!!

          Thanks...hopefully this goes better. Different state, different trustee, and a judge who has heard our struggle and actually strongly suggested that we convert...I also want you all to know that I really appreciate the support that this forum gives. It's so nice nice knowing that we are not alone in this or failures for being in this position
