341 Meeting Yesterday.
I just want to say thank you to everyone who has been so helpful. My only regret is that I did not listen when everyone said that the 341 meeting was such a piece of cake. The only issue we almost had was that trustee did not like that dh spends almost $90 a month on tobacco. She said, since we were at 100% payback in 40 months, she was not going to be picky. Father in law has cancer (first colon now bladder) and is now in ICU with kidney failure and low blood (80/40). He fell down 3x Wed. He and mother in law are all the way in Nebraska. Poor hubby has been so stressed with everything that he has developed a tick under his eye. He was so worried that if we had to go to Nebraska (take off work-we are both at 50+ hour weeks) that we would end up being dismissed. Lawyer and trustee put his mind at ease. They told him we would just move the payments to the end of the plan if that became an issue. This has been a relief. I thank God for this website and all of you.

Ah! Blessed relief - your 341 is OVER! I'm so glad that your husband is less stressed now knowing that your trustee is willing to help you both out by shifting payments if that proves necessary.
