    Confirmed or Not?

    Ford filed an objection to our plan, with the hearing set for 10/17

    Looking on Pacer today:

    I'm only finding on the docket page hints of plan confirmation:

    10/17/2007 Hearing Held on Confirmation of Plan - Plan Confirmed

    On Status Page: Awaiting Confirmation Hearing

    On the claims register, Ford has an updated claim filed 10/15 (after a phone conference with out attorney)


    The docket page is the only place that mentions confirmation.

    I put an email in to our attorney, but I know her family lives in the heart of the wildfires down in San Diego County.

    Does it sound like we've been confirmed?

    Plan: $400 (includes cram down) 60 months
    Brilliant attorney, decent trustee, awesome plan

    Interesting, qwerty....don't know why PACER would say 'confirmed' on the very day Ford had their hearing unless the court did confirm your plan. What does your lawyer say?

    10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
    01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
    06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
    10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
    Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

      We're waiting to hear from her--as mentioned, she has extensive family in the burn areas out here. In the mean time, we've been paying our trustee as indicated on our plan!

        Heh...

        We got our confirmation papers in the mail today! We're confirmed @ 72 cents less a month than what we've paid since August. Base payback is 12%, 60 month plan.

        Can I just say thank goodness for a kickbutt attorney!
