How can your case be active but you have a closed date of 10/08/07? Pacer only shows 10/12/07 as the date the order to terminate wage order was sent. Everything is paid off and I have money to be refunded. status on pacer says waiting 341 meeting I've been paying since may 05 on 3 year plan. Does anyone have any input as to what is going on.

Your Ch 13 plan was confirmed, right?

Some trustees are better than others keeping PACER and DataCenter in synch. Perhaps your trustee's office is not one of the more compulsive, organized ones???

Yes I was confirmed in june of 05.

13datacenter.com only reports what your trustee tells them. It may be that your trustee isn't keeping 13datacenter up to date.
