Close Pending discharge paid out

I just completed my 36th payments for 3 yr plan CHAPTER 13 and when I check trustee's website, it stated "CLOSE PENDING DISCHARGE PAID OUT" Should I continue sending payments or just wait since the balance showing is 0 for my unsecured debts.Pls advise if you have an idea>I'm in FLORIDA. Thanks!

Until you actually get a letter from your trustee or the courts stating you have been discharged and to stop making payments, continue doing it. Anything paid out after the final payment is usually refunded to you anyhow.

Let me chime in I just made my 36th and final payment.

I in fact got the official letter last week.

I was going to say I stopped at 36 but I called the atty last month to confirm.

Thank GOD!!! I don't have to send my payment....just receive a letter from the trustee"TRUSTEE'S NOTICE TO COURT OF COMPLETETION OF PAYMENTS ...."and also check PACER that my case is DISCHARGED as of NOVE 21 2007 and sending me the notice letter of DISCHARGE!!!!! What a relief!!!!!!!!!!
