I figured someone here would know considering many of us have needed to put on our "armchair lawyer" hats on for our own legal work of bankruptcy.
I am looking specifically for divorce court procedings or the actual divorce decree for a divorce that occurred in California in the early 70's. 1970 to around 1973 (extreme latest) to be more precise.
I was on pacer but the earliest date you can choose to search for information is 1980.
Would anyone know of any similar government site that would give someone access to public records civil court papers such as this? Something like Pacer. I'd prefer a government site rather than a paid service site.
Thank you for your help.
