hmmm, i wonder what THIS is going to mean.

Here's something interesting! My plan was confirmed in june of 07 and I just found out that they changed our judge, actually the whole district to another judge. then I found out because he retired or is retiring. THEN i found out that my trustee IS taking the judges PLACE! (the judge that is retiring)........

i wonder what that means. We have a new judge.......but can this trustee be both judge AND trustee???

No the trustee can not be a judge and a trustee. So i guess you are getting a new trustee too.
Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

well, i have heard nothing from him that he is resigning his post as trustee....he has to tell us that because the payments get sent to him. Now i'll probably get the trustee from hell

While you state your payments get sent to him they are actually received for him at an entirely different location and the team that works there takes care of it all - sorta like any other business. It's not like he gets stacks of checks on his desk everyday. For example, our payments went to a P.O. Box in Tennessee and we live in the mid-Atlantic area. So if your Trustee changes, you would still be sending payments to the same place but may have to change the name on the payment (i.e., certified check, money order, however the payment is made). It's really no big deal as your Plan will not change.
