    a lot . To anybody . I am waiting until April to file . LOL.

      After filing until your case is closed, then depending on the customs of your trustee, then yes - you could lose a portion or all your tax refund. Or you might not. You have to ask your lawyer who is familiar with your trustee's practices to know for sure.
