I just spent the weekend down loading a bunch of 60's stuff. Animals, Kinks, The Band, Stones, Dylan, Doors, Led Zepplan, Grand Funk Railroad, Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, The Who. A blast from the past. Some great music back then.

Being a "flower child" of that generation..............now that is true rock and roll and heavy metal music...... THE ORIGINAL ROCKERS......

The generation that started it all.................

If all those folks under 40 had any CLUE how much fun we had in the 60s....we all look so "stick in the mud" now...lol! And the music....WOW! Every generation should be so lucky to have great music that even 40 years later is still rockin' the house!

I wonder how many were a result of that fun. I have a beautiful 39 year daughter that pre-dates the marriage license. She loves the pictures of her parents in tie-dye smokin funny looking cigarettes. I never inhaled though.

...and probably still listening to Jimmie Hendrix's "Purple Haze", or Janis Joplin'S "oh lord won't you buy me a Mercedes Benz".
Personal experience: Was in my school's choir and during a break turned on the radio playing Pink Floyd's "The Wall".All of a sudden everyone chimed in with "hey teacher, leave us kids alone".
