Ok, so I know when you file you have to provide the previous 6 months of income. What about at the 341 meeting? Because they are so far out from the day you file, do you then have to bring in the current months paystubbs?

Chloe - the rule is you must show 6 months of income prior to the filing date. The 341a meeting is usually about 4 to 6 weeks after filing. Your attorney should have all ducks in a row by then. As a matter of fact, he or she will not even file until all the basics are completed. If you are filing pro se you would have received enough guidance before filing to do it correctly.
Good Luck!

When we filed Ch 13 our trustee asked us to bring all our paystubs between filing and the 341 meeting with us. We did, but he never asked for themOriginally posted by chloe0724 View PostOk, so I know when you file you have to provide the previous 6 months of income. What about at the 341 meeting?
