Generally speaking, if your above-median and the UST converts you to a 13, what does the time line look like? Once the UST files a motion to convert, and in fact you do convert, do you have to then attend another 341 meeting a month later?

If you filed Ch 7 first and the trustee or US trustee converts you to a Ch 13, you have a Ch 13 341 date set after the conversion. The timeframe for the conversion, 341, etc depends on how busy your local bk court and the Ch 13 trustee are.
