Filed Ch 13 - HELP

So I filed Ch13 in Feb, when to my 341 on 4/13 and my confirmation hearing was sch for 5/13. Well my lawyer fixed all the objections (made my payment higher which I was ok with because I didn't want to go thru the confirmation hearing) So a week before the confirmation hearing I told there would be a continous for 30 days to make sure all the objections were resolved. So its well beyond the 30 days and I havent heard from my lawyer(called left message but no call bk), trustee or the state. I have also already paid my May, June and about to send out my July payment. This has just been stressin me out because I want to just make sure I am confirmed.....if someone has some insight please let me know

Have you checked Pacer? Also what about 13network.com or 13datacenter.com? It shows on mine what day we were confirmed and if there are any flags. Good luck.

The person to answer your question is your lawyer and you can be sure he will get back to you - it's a holiday week. In the legal world, sometimes you don't get the answers you want right away. You do have other options as Helpless advises you. Be careful with Pacer if you have not been on there. There was a recent posting on here by somewho who racked up several hundred dollars on there - it costs to view pages so you may want to do research about that site before you go on it.
