Just checks the mail from yesterday, and low and behold, a letter from my attorney!!! It had a documents stating my repayment terms and that I was confirmed!! All I have to do is sign it and return it!!
One thing I do need to ask my attorney is that it made no reference to the payment being auto deducted from my paycheck, instead it said I should mail my checks to the Trustee.
YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can now officialy get on with my life.

Very nice and good luck. I filed my own "Motion for Entry of Wage Deduction Order". I just got the Order from the judge granting it, on Friday. I love payroll deduction!

I'm putting the call into the attorney today about the payroll deduction. I think I would prefer not to have it if possible.

Just spoke to the attorney and he says the payroll deduction is a seperat thing. I will get that in the mail soon.
