I'm nervous has anyone ever had any creditor object to their BK and if so for what reason?

I'm curious to see the answer to this one too.
Just the thought of objections scare the sugar out of me.FILED!: August 11, 2008

Keep in mind that creditor objections, especially in Ch 7, are rare. However, if you are in the rare position and get one, they are certainly surviveable.
Our mortgage company (one of the major big mortgage companies too) filed an objection within weeks of our filing Ch 13 saying we were behind on our mortgage payments when we filed. We weren't and could prove it with their own paperwork and our own cancelled checks.
Our lawyer (who btw is fantastic!) spoke with their local lawyer trying to get them to see reason for five months, then filed a hearing request to force them into court. Told them if they could prove we were in arrears, come to court on this date and prove it. They were a no-show on the court date, so the judge ruled in our favor and kicked their objection to the curb. End of story and end of the objection
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
