do i qualafy for chapter 7

My wife is a realtor and has made no money for 2 years, instead cost aproximatly 2k a month, i used to make good money but have been unable to work for the last 4 months, do i qualify

I am behind in my house payments, the house is worth less than i owe, i am also getting behind in credit card payments as erll, i am sinking fast, will be living in an rv in 4 months if this keeps up

Without further information about how you are suviving now, sources of any income, assets, amount of debt, etc., etc. state in which you reside, no one can say for sure.

You need to supply alot more information. Income.. Assets.. Etc. Do you own a home, Have equity in it, How much income do you make, Where do you live, cars, etc.

I have no asetts and i am behind in my payments for my house, it is lesss than what i owe due to markit conditions. I am sinking fast

It all depends on your income, state where you live. Please go and talk to atleast 4 attornies that have free consultations.. Let them do a means test for you and see if you qualify. Sometimes just because you are over the median income does not mean that you would not qualify for a chapter 7. They have means tests that you can do online. Do a search in google for it, or you may be able to find it on this forum. Sorry i do not have it. Goodluck.
