Maximo 10-09-2008, 04:44 AM The 314 went great. Our attorney talked to the trustee before the hearing about our expected inheritance off the record (while we were sitting there). Since we are at 100%...he didn't seem to blink an eye! Our attorney suggested we just stick our money in the bank, go through with the plan (which we can afford) and save, save save.
