    Reduction in Income

We started our payments in June of this year. Since then, my husband has been out on dilability. We have been able to make our plan payments because of cutting back even more and his small disability payments. He is now working a different job that pays 9k less than what he was making before his injury. We changed our deductions to increase our take home pay.

We have to submit our tax returns every year and turn over any more than 250 in refunds. Since we are making 9k less, do you thing the Trustee will be mad becuase we changed our witholdings?

Haven't seen you post for some time Chloe. No. No reasonable person would be angry about not getting 10% of 250 bucks. $2.50. Particularly since your situation has changed. I would write him a FWI note about the job change. You may even be able to convert to a 7 and get it over. You are fine. 'Hub

        Flamingo,

I have contacted him. It seems like now that he's been paid and we're in the plan, that we don;t matter anymore.
