I am a young attorney looking to start a bankruptcy practice in Southern California. Can anyone recommend some good filing software for an attorney in my position? I will be filing primarily Chapter 7s and Chapter 13s. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I..uhhhh...."acquired" Best Case off the internets when I was going to file pro se (I've since opted to wait) and I liked it. The software was pretty easy to figure out and the flow of inputting data made sense. I dunno how much it costs to actually purchase a licensed copy, but they are all pretty expensive.
Hopefully somebody with a wider and more ethical experience can help you.

Hi. I'm a Paralegal Student. When I took Bankruptcy Law, we used Best Case Bankruptcy software. The professor seemed to think it was the most user-friendly software he had used. It was fairly easy to figure out.Originally posted by blanka5000 View Post
