    Bank account questions...

So i've NEVER authorised automatic charges to any cc's for payment.

I have regularly made "one time payments" from bank accounts...

Do I need to worry about them stealing money from me or does that apply to automatic monthly withdrawls?

    THanks.

Personally, I think I'd ask for a new account number. There should be no issues with the situation you described but, I'd not chance it.

Think about how the accounts are set up. If you are making one time payments from your bank checking account to a credit card, you are registered with your bank and not with the credit card site. If you were registered on the credit card site and listed your bank information on line with them to make your payments, you may have an issue. You have authorized them to obtain that payment from your bank account. In your situation, you are only authorizing your bank to make that payment to them. The creditor cannot reverse that as they are not authorized access to your account.

Sorry I think I was unclear...

Yeah I'd regularly make payments on my cc's via the cc's website therefore entering my banking info....
