PACER question regarding previous dismissal?

i've got a question about a flag on my case that appears on PACER. it's PRVDISM which, according to the flag definitions means Previous Dismissal (Do Not Discharge) -- it made my heart race a little because while i do have a previous bk case that was dismissed, i thought that i could STILL file again without issue. the "do not discharge" thing is scaring me.

it's been three years. the previous case was dismissed due to non-payment of filing fee and we elected not to re-open. i was divorced from my ex-husband (and joint filer) a few months later. does this mean i won't be given a discharge this go-around? i'm confused. i never received a discharge on my previous case so i shouldn't have to wait eight years, right?

Was the prior dismissal with prejudice or without?

I'm no PACER flag expert, but that flag with the "do not discharge" may just tell the system not to auto-discharge the case.

upon further research, i think you're right. it also says "do not discharge" after the DebtEd flag. i still have 45 days AFTER my 341 meeting to complete that course so i assume that flag actually means "do not discharge BEFORE this is done" ykwim? perhaps they'll question me about the prior dismissal at the 341 and the flag will disappear then.
