HUH? Confirmation hearing Continued??

I signed on to PAER today and there was this---Chapter 13 Confirmation Hearing Continued ----this is the docket text:
Chapter 13 Confirmation Hearing Continued.. Continued Confirmation Hearing to be held on 2/11/2009 at 09:30 AM at Marysville Municipal Court. (Tr Staff - Burgos, Fe)

Now 2/11 is the original date my confirmation hearing was scheduled for anyway. Someone please explain what this means.

It could be any number of things. Big picture, it is not that big a deal.

It could be as simple as the judge being sick. If you have a lawyer, it may be that the he and the trustee could not work out the issues in time for the original date.

HHM--the date for the confirmation hasnt even come yet. I had 341 on the 14th. The original date for confirmation was 2/11 and the continuation date is the same....????

Let me get this straight (your posts are a bit confusing)...your original Confirmation hearing date was set for 2/11 and there was a continuance requested to change the date? So the 2/11 showing for the continuance date on PACER for your confirmation hearing is in error? If it was supposed to be continued beyond 2/11 just call your attorney and bring it to his attention...could be just a typo.

lol yes that is why I am so confused....the original confirmation date was 2/11 and PACER says:

I called them Flamingo but you know the history--I actually am going in tomorrow so maybe I will get better idea of wth is goin on.
