Our chapter 13 was officially filed yesterday (wow what a relief) our 341 is not scheduled until 3/31 because of back log at the court. Hoping everything goes smooth and the time goes quickly!

He stated our numbers were pretty cut and dry but that the Trustee trys to negotiate on almost all cases and that most likely actual plan payment will be closer to 800. I am very comfortable with that payment.
