I'm new to this too but when I chose my attorney he sent me home with the packet to fill out. When I returned it I went ahead and made the first of 3 "installment" payments for his fee and was told from that point on I could refer all calls to his office. What they needed was the packet with all my info to refer to when the creditos called. Hope this helps some. And no I havent' filed yet, most likely end of March, early April.
