What is PACER?Molly430 03-04-2009, 04:59 AM I have seen it on here alot and tried to look it up...what is pacer? justbroke 03-04-2009, 05:18 AM Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER). It's an on-line system which allows the public to access the docket of the U.S. Federal Courts. That just happens to include the U.S. Bankruptcy Court as well. jessegirl 03-04-2009, 09:29 AM I have seen it on here alot and tried to look it up...what is pacer? Pacer has been a go between for me and my attorney. My attorney was not the model attorney and never really told us anything. I would always find out thru pacer. So needless to say, I am on Pacer everything to see if the last update date has changed, if it hasn't then i do not incur any charges. Otherwise, it is .08 per page. okiemom2008 03-04-2009, 09:39 AM Pacer has been a go between for me and my attorney. My attorney was not the model attorney and never really told us anything.
