Does BK preclude you from Financial Stability Plan?

Hi all,

Tried to do a search concerning bk and eligibility within the Financial Stability Plan recently employed by the government. We have filed for Ch.7, but would love some help with mortgage (wife has breast cancer and not capable of working, so second income to help not possible) within the plan.

Anyone have info. whether bk will hurt our chances?
