Applied for a Credit One credit card, Approved, but...

I don't want this card! It have a $69 annual fee that's billed in 12 mothly installments. I haven't activated the card (not going to), but wondering if i'd still be responsible for paying the annual fee???

There's also a message on the card's activation letter that say;

If card is not activated in 12 days, account will be closed. What should I do?

Call them. Ask specifically about any fee charges if you applied, received the card but did not activate and changed your mind and want it closed out. Get the name of the person you talk to.

I used to have this card, but I included it in my BK. Their fees are ridiculous
