I re-financed my home 4 months ago and now with situations beyond my control I am looking at filing chapter 7. Is this possible being so short a time after re-fi. It is all in my name and I have all the loan papers. Nothing fraudalent in the papers.

I am in a similar situation. My lawyer didn't say anything about it. We filed last Wednesday, so I assume everything is OK.
