BK discharged 2-4-08... doesnt show up on Equifax credit report pulled by CU.

I just opened a savings account at a local credit union, and they pull your report when you open a new account. to my astonishment she said there was no BK listed on my report.

I even pre-warned her about the BK to which she said it would not matter anyhow, to my astonishment she said there was no BK listed on my report. I asked to view the report and sure enough it was not listed.

It did show all of my previous accounts with $0 balances except our mortgage.

Any thoughts?
I am thinking of pulling a credit bureau report after all this...

You would need to pull all three credit reports and see what is going on. That is quite unusual unless you have recently disputed items that were included in your filing and they were temporarily removed by that particular CRA. Even then if that were the case when they are verified by the creditor, they go right back on the report(s).

When there is something unusual going on as to your credit report and you receive something like you did that you knew should be something else, there is always the possibility of identity theft. I would thoroughly look into it.
