Savings accounts while in 13

Is there a problem with putting the money into a savings account? I'm talking about $ that would be used for car maintenance, medical and dental bills, etc?

There shouldn't depending on the amount to be saved but to be on the safe side, check with your attorney.

Doubt it, as much as people think trustees are miraculously hovering over you until your plan expires, it is very much the opposite. I would be surprised if they even batted an eyelash at your yearly tax returns. Though, much of this is hearsay from several attorney's that I have learned and leached information from in their free consults.
