    Restitution and Bankruptcy

Hi and thanks for any help you can give me. If you are paying restitution by court order, do you have to add this onto the debts you are listing on your bankruptcy papers? I know you are not allowed to claim restitution as one of your debts so I was wondering if you could just not mention it or if its required that you do? Thanks!

You need to disclose it, but it is not discharged.

All debts/payments that you have need to be disclosed; that includes anything court orderered such as restitution, child support, alimony, etc., etc. List it and further discuss with your attorney.
