Wish I was there. It's about 60-some degrees here in Ohio.....I hate it. I love the heat. I just returned from a trip to Clearwater, FL (for work) and I didn't want to come home. I was loving it!

In the center of the US, right now it's 93 degrees with 57% humidity - might as well be with Amislander in Florida except that the nearest ocean beaches with those wonderful cooling breezes are a marathon 2-3 full day's drive away...no fair!

Amislander, since when is 92 in florida hot? Today (north florida) was 97, tomorrow 98, sunday 94, and the hottest months are yet to come. Its those 100-degree days and weeks that are hot.

Love Longboat key and Siesta key....nice beaches. The heat doesn't bother me too much as long as theres an ocean breeze and a cold one in hand

AMIS, from Sunrise, HOT, HOT, HOT. The humidity is horrific and i think that is what is doing it. I work on Trains in a North/ South building. Any damn fool knows to open a building here East/West. the sweat is unreal. Yeah, I love the heat 'til i gotta work in it! Some days we are drenched by the end of the day.

We had power off on one train for less than five minutes today and the windows fogged from the heat and it began to smell like the riders!

That was us last summer Lrprn. We lived in Kansas City. The day we left, it was 98 at 8 am in the morning. And you're right! If it's gonna be that hot it should come with a beach and breezes and water!!

Moved to IN and have froze our butts off ever since. It's the same here as BassBoy is talking. 60's and kinda cold. Been raining last couple of days so there's enough moisture in the air to make it kinda dank.

In Collierville(just outside Memphis, Tn) it is 94 at 8:00 p.m. The humidity here is brutal...almost like New Orleans. The family went on a vacation to Phoenix a few years ago....it was 116(June) but it was really not that bad because the humidity was so low...I dont mind the heat...cant stand the cold...
