    Appropriate dress for 341?

What did you wear when you went to your 341 meeting in the courthouse?

Our 341 meeting with the trustee is in the morning and we are wondering what to wear. We know to avoid expensive jewelry or designer clothes (like we have any - we sure don't have to worry about that! ) TIA!

Dress cleanly and neatly in a manner approirate to your occupation.

I'd suggest business casual as a minimum.

I agree. My husband came from work and was wearing his work polo and jeans, and I had business casual clothing like black pants a cotton blouse. Nothing fancy at all just neat and tidy. EVeryone we saw was dressed similarly.

I wore a simple black tunic length jacket with matching skirt with a striped shell underneath and wore small earrings. Black mid-heel pumps. Nothing flashy. My husband wore khakis and button down shirt. I saw people in jeans, but mostly business casual.

We dressed pretty casual. Jeans and t-shirts. Most people there were dressed casual except for the lawyers.

The first time I read that I thought you went in there only wearing your Fruit of the Loom's!

I pretty much dressed like I was going for a job interview.

Thanks for the help, everyone - appreciate it!

We ended up dressing like we would for work - hubby wore a long-sleeved patterned shirt with a tie and slacks and I wore a blouse, short-sleeved jacket, and slacks. Most of the people there at the 341 meeting today were in polos or shirts, and slacks or jeans. Funniest thing was that one of the most tattered looking people there (old ratty collared red polo shirt with baggy, old scruffed up blue jeans and beat-up athletic shoes) ended up being one of the bk lawyers! lol!
