So today we went to file an emergency petition. I paid the million dollars they want the bankrupt to pay. Took the credit counseling I had to take and this is supposed to be filed tomorrow. They told us to change what we claim on our paychecks so that will help a very little. It wasn't as bad as I thought 5 year plan at $840 a month. Paying back 100% secured and I have no idea how much unsecured. Very little I think. I just hope the meeting of creditors goes smooth and no one objects. Wish me luck, I will be staring at Pacer all day tomorrow.
