Flags??????

Hoping someone can give me some insight to what these mean on the Flags report on pacer

Now I am really confused? My filing fee has been paid, my credit counseling cert. was included, the means test, financial statement, Schedule J, it is all there? Does this mean something is missing, should I be concerned!

If you filed pro se it may take them a day or two to enter the information. Attorney's file it electronically so many of the flags are removed. Most of those flags are normal until the paperwork gets entered.

You can always call the clerk at the court to double check things

Like alh said, it takes some time to get PACER up to date when you don't file electronically, so don't stress. Hang in there and let us know when your file is updated.

Thanks lrprn, I guess at this point I am paranoid and scared of my own shadow! I will check Pacer in a day or two and let you know what I find!

Well I know part of the problem. The paralegal at the attorney's office overlooked my credit counseling certicate and only sent in hubbys. She corrected that so a few of the flags have already been removed. I know the BK fee was paid so that should be removed to. I will just have to keep an eye on it and see what's up?
