We have in our plan the ability to pay by money order directly to the trustees office. My attorney said that we can contact the trustee and have them do a ACH withdrawal from my checking account every month. Does anyone know how to go about doing this and would it be worthwhile not having to worry about getting a money order every month and mailing it. Or is it peace of mind to know that I am sending it monthly instead of relying on the automatic withdrawl to be done correctly?

Whatever you feel comfortable with, really. I felt better having them take the money directly from my check so I knew it was on autopilot.
Did they ask you at the 341 meeting how you wanted to pay? On my 341 meeting, I had to tell them if I wanted a payroll or checking account deduction. They sent out an order to have it come out of my check.Date Filed: 12/19/2004
