i've heard some shady things about hsbc auto, so i'm not sure if i want to go with them. my current vehicle is at 16% i believe and i have $12,700 left on it. it's iib so i can turn it in at any time. we also have the ford 0% in our area, but the price of new trucks is way out of my range.

Suggest you read these tales of horrible HSBC loan woes from real consumers who did sign with them before proceeding any further - http://www.consumeraffairs.com/finance/household.html

Signer beware! HBSC does not sound like a company to do business with, especially just emerging from bk.

you just helped to confirm what i've heard about them. maybe i'll have better luck applying in-store with ford to qualify for a used vehicle.
