We were approved as well.. but only $300. Our credit scores are still in the mid 650's, but its only been 3 months since discharged.

Im kinda scared to have a card again actually, so the $300 is just fine.
    Filing cpt.7 11/09 341- 1/21/10
    Report of no distribution 1/21/10
Scheduled for discharge 3/22/10 (on my 15th wedding anniversary!)

So, I applied online. The last page did not give an answer. It basically said I will receive info within 7-10 days. Does that mean an automatic denial?

For those of you who were approved, did it always say so right after submitting online? Thanks!

I think if it gives you multiple choice questions asking things like who is your car loan with etc., then you are approved. That is what happened to me. I had the message about 7-10 days but did not get my card until a month later. It takes them a while to let you know.

Ok, thanks. I did get the page prompting 3 trivia questions regarding my past residence addresses and such (I guess to prevent identity theft). So, I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

Well, I did get mine. Approved for $300. I was hoping for at least $500 but that's fine. It has no annual fee, however. Interest rate is around 21% but who cares.

Since Orchard charges an annual fee, I'll probably call them up before the year's up to see if they can rid of or lower it. If not, I'll close that card and just keep this one.

I'm also hoping after time, this card will do CL increases. Orchard had refused to give any so far.

I have had my hooters card since october of last year, and I haven't gotten a credit limit increase. But, maybe I'll just call them up and let you know what they say. ;)

Well, big fat NO! She said they do not allow manual requests for increases and I have to wait for them to deem me worthy. At least my limit is 1.1k but still annoying.

Hubby & I both have orchard, they reduced my annual fee by 1/2 just by calling and asking (his doesn't have one).

Orchard said they don't do increases, but hubby and I each went from $300 to $500 after a year of good history with them. They don't take increase requests, but do auto increases they said.
