I'm bumping this thread because I recently found out about this program when it recently got on the news due to COVID changes in the program.

Has anyone gone through this before or know of a firm that I can hire to help get this through? I don't even know the stats on getting this approved. I'm pretty familiar with SSDI though. The debtor does not have enough work credits and spouse makes too much for SSI so we'd have to prove PTD without VA or SSDI/SSI.
